Deliveries

At Dune D'argan, we place particular importance on the quality of our service. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 12:00 p.m. are prepared with the greatest care and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours after payment validation.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • France: 4 to 6 working days
  • Germany: 2 to 4 working days

These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of exceptional delays exceeding 30 days (excluding cases of force majeure), you may request cancellation of your order and a refund. Please note: During peak periods (special offers, holidays), slight additional delays may occur. We will do everything we can to expedite your orders as quickly as possible.

Free delivery

Delivery is free for purchases over €50 in France and Germany.

Retirement at a Relay Point

When your order is available at a collection point, you will be notified by email or SMS. Your package will be kept:

  • 7 calendar days,
  • 5 days during holiday periods.

Beyond these deadlines, the package will be returned to our services.
We will then refund your order, less the delivery costs, even if it was initially free.
If you request a reshipment, you will be fully responsible for the return shipping costs. Tracking your order: A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive your order, please contact us immediately using the online form.

Returns

In accordance with our quality commitment, you have 14 working days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Terms of withdrawal

Return of products

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by their packaging, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
  • The return address will be communicated to you by email.

Any return not reported in advance cannot be accepted.

Return conditions

  • The costs and risks associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Products that are opened, damaged, incomplete or missing their original packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days after validation of the conformity of the returned products, via the payment method used when ordering.
The initial delivery charge will be refunded, except for any additional charges associated with an express delivery option.
